Amaima Shaikh — the operator behind the practice.

I spent the last decade and a half leading product, brand and operating teams inside one of Pakistan's largest fashion houses — most recently as Brand Head of Leisure Club, and before that as Product Head for LC Girls Eastern + Western. I grew up on the design floor, learned the business in the mill, and have spent the years since translating between the two.

TexTylo exists because the brands and manufacturers I keep meeting need the same thing: a senior, hands-on partner who has actually built ranges, run launches, negotiated principals and held a P&L — and who can move between strategy and execution without asking permission.

The practice is small by design. Engagements are scoped, written, and measured. The work is product-first, sustainability-aware, and built for the long arc.
